By far my favourite grips
RooGrips are by far my favorite gymnastic grips of the ones I've tried. I'm excited to give the 3 Finger version a go but I'm sure they'll be just as good as, if not better than, the previous 2 Finger versions I've had.

GREAT PRODUCT. Neoprene straps provide great wrist support. The leather dries out relatively quickly after those spicy WODS and remains soft and pliable after it dries out no more hard crusty leather great product would recommend.

Which grips are best suited for me?

While it often comes down to personal preference, here’s a quick summary: 2-finger grips are ideal for smaller palms, gymnasts, or those who prefer a slimmer palm piece. 3-finger grips provide more palm coverage. Fingerless grips allow for easy transitions between movements. MAX Grips are our vegan, chalk-free option for maximum protection on high-volume bar work.
Fingerless vs 3 Finger hand grips?
Our grips are super comfy — like a second skin — so you can wear them the whole workout, no problem. The choice between fingerless and 2 or 3-finger really comes down to personal preference and how you train.

Which size do I choose and what if I’m in between sizes?
Measure your palm and refer to the size chart in the product images for guidance. If you’re unsure, we recommend a snug fit, as the grips can stretch up to half a size with frequent use — this is normal for soft leather.

How long will my grips last?
Kangaroo leather is incredibly durable, and we’ve reinforced our wrist strap to be unbreakable. Some customers have used their grips for over 6 years! We’re also the only hand grip brand offering a 12-month warranty, and we’ll exchange your grips for any manufacturing faults within the first year. The lifespan of your grips depends on usage, athlete size, and training volume. To maximize their longevity, follow our care guide.
How long does it take to ship my order?
We ship directly from within the United States for fast, reliable delivery.
Standard shipping → typically arrives within 3–5 business days from dispatch. Flat rate $6.99 USD, or FREE on orders over $75 USD.
Priority shipping → 2–3 business days for $12.99 USD.

To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging and free from chalk or signs of wear. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and original shipping costs are non-refundable.
